Mychelle's Adopt/Art TOS:

Commercial use is not included unless specifically stated or purchased separately.Adopt Ownership:
Once purchased, the buyer owns the character/design, but the artist retains copyright to the original artwork.
The buyer may give the character a new name, personality, gender, backstory, etc.
The buyer may create or commission additional artwork of the character.
The original artist may continue displaying the original artwork in their portfolio/social media.Adopt Redesigning / Artwork Edits:
You may make minor changes to the character.
You cannot edit, trace, recolor, or otherwise modify the original artwork and present it as your own.
Minor cropping/resizing for things like profile pictures is allowed.Reselling / Trading / Gifting:
The character may be resold.
The character may be traded.
The character may be gifted.
The new owner must receive/agree to the original TOS.
Do not resell the character for more than the original purchase price.
Increased resale price is allowed only if there is additional artwork for the character.
Commercial rights do not permit the resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the original artwork/character/adopt.Credit:
Credit the original designer (me) when posting the character/artwork publicly.
Do not claim that you created the original design on adopts.
Do not remove the signature/watermark from the artwork.Do Not's:
No copying the design to create additional characters.
No selling "copies" of the character.
No claiming the design as a species you created.
No using the character to promote hateful/extremist content.AI / NFTs:
Artwork may not be used to train AI models.
Artwork may not be uploaded to AI image generators for modification.
Artwork may not be turned into NFTs.
Artwork may not be used to create AI-generated derivatives.Payment/Refunds:
Adoptable/Artwork purchases are final.
No refunds after the character/artwork has been transferred.
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Chargebacks may result in the character/design rights being revoked.
Payment must be received before the final artwork is delivered.

Prices are listed in USD/American currency unless otherwise stated.
I do not offer payment plans.
If I am unable to complete the commission, the buyer receives a full refund.Personal Use:
Artwork purchased for personal use may be used as a profile picture, wallpaper, personal social-media post, etc.
You may print the artwork for yourself.
You may not sell prints, merchandise, or other products featuring the artwork unless commercial rights are included.Commercial Rights/Info:
Commercial rights must be requested in the commission/before purchasing the adopt.
Personal-use rights do not automatically include commercial rights.
Commercial rights don't transfer copyright.
No mass production.
No licensing to other companies.
No sublicensing.
Commercial use does not remove the requirement to credit the original artist/design creator where reasonably possible.Commercial Rights Include:
Commercial rights allow reasonable modifications to the artwork for use in the buyer's commercial project.
Selling merchandise featuring the character/artwork.
Using the character/art on products.
Using the character/art in a book, comic, or game.
Using the character/art for business advertising.
Using the character/art as a business mascot.
Using the character/art for monetized social-media content.
Using the character/art in monetized videos/streams.
Using the character/art for paid content.
